School Principal
Dear Community of Clarence Lobo Elementary School,
Once again, I want to state how blessed I am to be able to serve the Lobo community. As I reflect on my past six years at Lobo as principal, I am reminded of what a great school Lobo is because of the community support. I am so thankful for our staff, parents, other community members, and especially the children who teach me something new every day.
Here at Lobo, students are individually encouraged to embrace the rigor in instruction that we provide. All students are able to excel, and with the extracurricular activities on campus, every student can find his or her niche and explore new interests. Our very active and dedicated parents and community members provide activities in the sciences, arts, gardening, and leadership. Lobo is a school where each child is valued as an individual. As we continue to reimagine ourselves as an Innovation Academy, the future is very bright for our students and staff. It is an exciting time to be part of the Lobo community!
My greatest goals are to continue to provide leadership that will facilitate a safe and healthy school environment and to provide the type of instruction to meet the needs of each student. Our educational program must be academically challenging and promote further exploration of new ideas. Viewing ourselves as life-long learners is the key to success. It is my sincere desire to provide expansive opportunities for our students to attain the skills needed to become productive citizens in our quickly changing society.
I look forward to another amazing year at Clarence Lobo Elementary School.
